Porto Ridge; A Cobertura da Colina

Great service from Platinum Property management - a great week in Port Douglas. Close to the Main Street but with a vie Positive: Ocean view, spacious, close to town. Great support and service from the Platinum Management team. Negative: 80 stairs from parking to the apartment was daunting - really need a car to make this property enjoyable (since the hills from the streets below is steep in addition to the stairs). Very limited hot water. Trying to manage showers for 3 people meant constantly turning the water off or someone was freezing. Finding that the WiFi was limited so streaming shows on the Smart TV was pointless at the end of a long day - the apartment manual indicates it may have been used up by prior guests which was surprising to us.

Everything you could have asked for and more - spectacular views come at a price of doing stairs. Positive: Location was outstanding - but it is on a hill, with plenty of stairs - which means you have the most incredible views from two separate balconies. The furnishings and kitchenware are outstanding - quality. It has everything you could ask for - from beach towels to a blender! We appreciated the two umbrellas as well - given the rain! Negative: Stairs!

Needs a Reno Positive: Location Negative: Doors wouldn’t work. Not enough hot water for a family of 5. Parking was horrible

Wonderful position and great views over 4 mile Beach however the pool needs to be heated. Surely some solar panels?Also ,I knew the property was on 3 levels but was unaware how many steps to the front door. We two oldies found it quite a challenge.
